Temporary Locations
Until we move into our new permanent location we will still be operating at our current temporary locations. 

Temporary Location #1 is located at Align Health Professionals.  Therapists that are working at this location include Chris, Jessica, Kristie, Mina, Victoria and Wilson.  The address is Unit 104 - 10183 152A St. V3R 4H6

Temporary Location #2 is located at Unit 3 - 10318 Whalley Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 4H4.  Therapists that are working at this location include Ariana, Alina, Cate, and Rosie.  Please note that location is formerly known as “Beta Collective” which is located on the second floor and is situated between Angel Animal Hospital and Pet Shangri-La.  When you arrive please give us a call and our therapists will come down to greet you.

April 18 2025: Building Fire

There was a serious accident in our building that led to a major fire. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but we're still waiting on more details from the authorities. If you'd like to read more about what happened, here’s a link to a Global News article:

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has already reached out and offered help. The outpouring of support and well wishes from our community means the world to us. For now, all appointments are either cancelled or will be rescheduled (unless your therapist tells you otherwise).  If you have an appointment in the upcoming week, you should receive a call or email from our staff with an update to your appointment.  Our team is working diligently to minimize the impact on your health journey.

The good news: we’ve lined up a few temporary locations to keep things going. Once we’ve sorted out the logistics, we’ll send you an updated schedule—kind of like what we did back in January during the restoration period.

March 30, 2025 Update:

ICBC has recently made some significant changes to their health services department and agreements. As a result, a majority of the RMTs at the clinic have made the decision to “opt-out” of the new healthcare network. Thus, these RMTs will no longer be accepting or offering direct billing for ICBC appointments.  We understand that navigating recovery after a motor vehicle accident is already extremely challenging and emotionally draining, and we deeply regret that ICBC’s policies have forced this difficult decision. 

What does this mean if you have an open ICBC case? 

If you are currently getting treatments under ICBC at our clinic- please have a conversation with your RMT. You can still receive treatment at our clinic.  If your RMT is opted out and has no affiliation with the ICBC healthcare network you would be required to pay privately first and then submit your receipts to ICBC. 

We highly recommend contacting your ICBC representative to get clarity as directives from ICBC are on a “case-by-case” basis.
