Do we accept ICBC cases?

Yes we do! We are proud to announce that we are also a registered ICBC vendor. As an ICBC vendor we can offer direct billing on your behalf to ICBC so that you won’t have to pay out of pocket. We do want to also note that direct billing is offered as a courtesy to our patients but it might not always available. In the event that we cannot directly bill ICBC, you may have to pay privately first. We accept any major credit card, cash, or interac e-transfer. We will supply you a receipt in which you can submit to your ICBC adjuster or your lawyer.

How many treatments am I covered for?

After a motor vehicle accident (MVA) you are pre-approved for treatments for the first 12 weeks or 12 treatments (whichever comes first). Upon your initial visit, our RMTs will assess your injuries, develop a treatment plan, discuss it with you and write an assessment report about your injuries and treatment plan.

What if I need more than 12 treatments?

If after 12 treatments and further treatments are required your RMT will contact your ICBC claim representative (adjuster) to inquire about additional treatments.

How much of my treatments are covered?

We understand that getting into a motor vehicle accident (MVA) is already a major inconvenience. Your first initial treatment is completely covered by ICBC. Subsequent treatments are subjected to a user fee as ICBC will only cover up to $94.50 (GST included) for each subsequent treatment. Please review our pricing in the services tab of our website.

What if I would like to have longer subsequent treatments?

If you would like extended subsequent treatments it will be your responsibility to pay the difference. ICBC will only cover up to $94.50 (GST included) for each subsequent treatment. If you have extended health benefits may seek additional reimbursement through your provider for the remaining balance.
